A Duty Of Care?

Now if it transpires that this - "Accused sent back to school of alleged rape victim" and that "he was advised by the judge that should he see her at school he should turn and walk the other way." - is an accurate depiction of events, then there is certainly something so morally bankrupt, so bereft of the 'duty of care' owed to our children, so irresponsible and so naive about this court decision that it must be questioned as to the appropriateness of this person to preside over such matters ... and indeed it further questions the process by which such people are appointed and the criteria employed in the first instance.

Nats may call in police over secret tapes

National leader John Key says the party may go to the police over secret recordings of MPs at a cocktail function.

This behaviour is entirely mischievous and National should go to the police ... more than that, such deceitful behaviour enables the solicitation of comments for entirely mercenary, destructive purposes. How those that publish and distribute such commentary can do so with any sense of self-righteousness, integrity or dignity, defies belief.

How Labour can express detachment from such behaviour, further defies belief.
