It will be interesting to see, if the sea bed & forshore thingamy progresses, whether or not the olde cronies, given title transfer, are indeed able to access our natural treasures for muskets & blankets ... the well entrenched & valued 'indigenous' nepotism would ensure a 'trickle down' that would ultimately be to the benefit of all ... I am sure.
